We have enabled Solution Manager alerting and are receiving e-mail alerts for different metrics. We are now in the process of evaluating which ones to focus on and also adjusting the thresholds to the appropriate levels for our environment.
Along the way, we have started to look at the data cubes in our Solution Manager BW and are interested in the SAP Solution Manager Alert Management data (0SM-ALM).
When we look into these cubes (Alert Counters per Day (1) for example) we see data from the alerts. However, after looking more closely we see that the data is "old" and is no longer being updated - even though alerts are being sent (as noted from our the e-mails that are being generated).
So, the question is how can we configure our system so that the data in these cubes stays current? On any individual metric we have observed that the check box is checked to send data to Solution Manager BW, but again, we don't seem to be getting any new data in the cubes.
