RFC error in third step while performing managed system configuration

I am in third step of managed system config for one of system, when ever clicking on Client 100 we are getting below error.
we had removed the system form LMDB and reconfigured however issue still exists. its generating the dump as soon as we click on client 100.
we had tried form different user id and checked Dump, sm21 logs etc
