SAP Hostagent for kernal 640

Hi  All,

       We need host agent for SAP kernel 640 and patch level 247 for manage system for monitoring purpose  .

       Is it possible to install host agent ? if it so please tell the complete procedure to install the manage system ?

       or is there any other way to monitor the OS and DB details through solman system 7.1 without using host agent ? if it so please tell the complete procedure.
