I´m trying to search for this subject, but nothing its very clear.
I have a 7.1 Solution Manager and i will put the link of creation of a incident direct to service desk on all my sattelite systems.
But, i wanna restrict the information that the user need to put on the message.
For example:
I wanna to put default the SMIN incident template, the user dont need to chose another.
and the fields that I only want its, System, Transaction, Reporter, and description and Details.
I wanna disapear with the Processor, category, component and configuration item.
The ideia its to make it simple to not confuse the users and make it easy to the basis team to help the users.
