We are running Solution Manager 7.1 SP6.
Have performed most of the ITSM related setup/customization activity but may have missed something.
Issue/Question:
When I create an incident using the WebUI or the SOLMAN Workcenter, the incident is created as trans type ZMIN (copy of SMIN).
The SAPGUI function: Help -> Create Support Message, successfully creates an incident in Solution Manager but as trans type SMIN.
What must I do to get this SAPGUI Create Support Message function to utilize ZMIN instead of SMIN?
