We are in the process of configuring Service Desk.
Had defined the BRFPLUS rules for support team determination based on Categorization. It is working fine.
Users use below url for creating the message.
http://hostnamefqdn:8000/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ags_workcenter?sap-client=001&sap-language=EN
I had the query of how to make category filed's mandatory while creating the support desk message from Workcenter url.
