Dummy / empty Agent in the Agent's Administration. 7.1 SP10

Hello Experts,

I'm wondering if anybody come across a problem I have in SOLMAN 7.1 SP10 Agent's Administration.

Somehow there is offline 'dummy' / empty agent's ently which can't be deleted or restared:

'Delete Offline Entry' doesn't help, and I can't restart it ether. Actually none of the available menu options works for this entry

Any idea how to get rid of it?
