Where these alerts come from?

Hello, Mr/Mrs experts,

We works with Solution Manager 7.1 and I'm findingalot ofalerts in alert inbox from which I don't know theirmeaning. The technical system analyzed is our enterprise portal on an only java server.

Details from the first one

Those 2.147.483.647ms whould be a period of time of almost 25 days,  It's imposible 25 days for an I/O request waits, and all red values are for the same number of seconds, it's very strange, isn't it?.

The other alerts are related to number of messages ... and, as you can see below, there is a link to a tool in NWA ...

... but unfortunately, when I click on the link, this other screen appears saying thatno messages occur.

I would appreciateany help or advice.
