Hi experts,
in Solution Manager 7.1 -> Technical Monitoring I've created a customer metric which uses RFC-Pull with an Customer RFC-FM (Z*).
Everything seems to be ok.
However, on activating the "Monitoring-Setup, Step 6" I get a warning message:
"No Incident-Data for Alert-Type <Customer Alert> ID: <id of alert> due to exception".
Does anybody know what it means?
Because the total result of "Monitoring-Setup" does not get green, it stays yellow.
