Authorization error - SCMA - SCHEDULE - You are not authorized to release requests or tasks

Hi Folks,

We are implementing ChaRM for one of our client, and during testing, when Change Manager is trying to release transport request , We are ending up with below Errrs:

1) SCMA

2) Project Track--> Source System-->Development Systems --> Release Transport Request --> Right click --> Schedule

Below is the Log :

"

You are not authorized to release requests or tasks

cCTS plugin has errors in system (SID:500).

Change tracking reported an error

Attempting to delete empty transport requests (***1K900141)...

Trying to establish a RFC connection SM_SIDCLNT500_TRUSTED

You are not authorized to change the user name

"

This action is performed by Change manager and is having access on S_TRANSPRT and S_CTS_ADMI in SolMan system!! Can you please guide me in this approach?
