We are still trying to understand which reporting functions are in scope for standard support customers and which are only available for enterprise support customers within Solution Manager 7.1.
Of great interest is the usage of BW-based IT Performance Reporting/Interactive Reporting. We know IT Performance Reporting from earlier Solman release 7.0 EPH1.
Interactive Reporting seems to be in scope of E2E/MAI.
Question
Can some one tell the difference between IT Performance Reporting and Interactive Reporting and whether or not IT Performance reporting a feature for standard support customers is?
P.S. we placed some messages in SAP Service Marketplace and cannot get a clear "Yes" or "No" answer.
Is there some special SAP component for the creation of messages for those issues?
