I need your valuable help to Implement / use Solution Manager for your Client.
The requirement is, Client is looking for to implement Solution Manager to perform work as a Service Desk. Which means there will be set of activities which are done step by step during Month End Closing (MECs) in FI & CO. Such steps if NOT SUCESSFULLY completed, then it should trigger a Message to some email IDs.
The reason behind this is during tight schedule of MECs & by implementing Solution Manager, the trigger which it will give, will make the SAP Consultant Team pro-active to look into the issue.
