E-mail display in ZMCR goes to SAP GUI i.s.o. browser display

Hi,

Working with SolMan 7.1, SP 8.

When I select an e-mail document (tr type 0005) in the Related Transactions block in the ZMCR document, I am redirected to the SAP GUI (AGS_WORK_LAUNCHER). In stead I would like to have the e-mail displayed in the browser. Strangely enough this is working correctly (i.e. displaying in the browser) when I display an e-mail from the Urgent Change Document ZMHF.

Any idea what needs to be changed to make sure that displaying an e-mail is handled via the browser? What is steering that?
