Reporting on Test Management Data

I'm trying to create a BEx query on SOLMAN Test Management data, for example, projects, test statuses, percentage complete etc.

When I open BEx query designer I find my SOLMAN system, and open the TWB Dataset to use and create my query for this.

But There is not data loaded.

How to I load (extract) all the test data into TWB Dataset? I thought this would be populated by standard and be refeshing based on changes in SOLMAN, but it is empty.

Any advice on setting this up to extract the data from SOLMAN would be great.
